Books count.

Content counts.

A shop shelf counts.

The product is not always software. Sometimes the product is a body of work made findable, useful, and ready for someone else to enter.

That matters because otherwise the work stays scattered. A book here. An essay there. A half-built shop somewhere else. Useful pieces, no shelf.

This essay is the shell for that lesson. The full version should name what got organized, what became sellable or usable, and why that counts as shipping.
